Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you.  Under no circumstances will we disclose any of your information to a third party, any information collected is used to take and fulfill customer orders only.

Product Representation
To help you make your purchase every effort has been made to ensure that descriptions are accurate and informative, measurements are approximate and colours are as clear and accurate as software limitations will allow, however, variations in colour are likely to occur due to monitor efficiency.

Payment
We prefer payment to be immediate unless you have contacted us prior to purchase to have a piece reserved, PayPal is our preferred method of payment but UK customers can send a cheque, please contact us in advance for details.  Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and cleared.

Postage & Packing
We strive to have your purchase in the post within 24 hours of payment clearing, unless payment clears after midday on Friday, item will then be posted on Monday, we will confirm posting by email and you should receive your purchase the next working day, we always obtain Proof Of Postage.  Each piece will be wrapped in tissue, boxed, plenty of bubble wrap and a padded envelope.

UK
1st class shipping is free to UK destinations until further notice.  However we would advise that the most secure way of mailing is Special Delivery Next Day, although its more expensive your purchase is insured up to the value of £500, Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery before 1.00 pm and your parcel can be tracked online.

Overseas
Sent by International Signed For.

Please note:  Jewellery is only insured using Special Delivery Next Day/International Signed For and requires a signature.

All custom charges are paid for by the buyer. 

Returns
It is our wish that you are completely happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will happily refund or exchange.  Please package return item carefully and where possible use original packing, we cannot issue a refund should item be damaged on the return journey.  We strongly recommend that you use Special Delivery to return item for insurance purposes, we cannot refund items lost in post, please be aware that you are responsible for return postage costs.

No refund or exchange is offered on earrings due to Health and Safety regulations, if you have any query please ask before purchase.

Every effort is made to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, should your new piece of jewellery be damaged due to transit please contact us immediately.

Sale Items
Sale items are non refundable unless defective or faulty. 

Guarantees
Your new piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months, should a repair/replacement be needed in this time due to normal wear and tear contact os immediately.  Repair/replacement will be free of charge, return item with its original packing by registered post (for insurance purposes).

If after 3 months there will likely be a small charge for materials and shipping etc.
